This baby is just SO sweet!! :) The boys just love him...Brooks loves to touch him all over.

Graham Charles Thornton

Here are some pics of Graham taken yesterday. I think my favorites are when John Collier and Brooks saw him for the first time. John Collier just LOVES him! When Graham was all wrapped up when he met him, John Collier was a little confused. He asked us, "Does he have feet?!" So, we had to unwrap him to show John Collier that he does, in fact, have feet! :)

I'm an aunt...again!

Graham Charles Thornton was born today, Friday the 13th!! He was born at 1:46 pm weighing 7 lbs. 13 oz. and 20 1/4 in. long. He is so precious...he looks just like John Collier!! :) I will post pictures hopefully by tomorrow evening. Everyone is doing well. The boys love him already. Brooks likes him a lot more from a distance! :) But, John Collier keeps telling Graham to "wake up!"...I think so that he can play and talk to him.

Happy Easter!

I hope everyone had a great Easter celebration!! My family and I had lunch the Club. I ran into a friend who is pregnant for her 5th child!!! Bless her heart.


The kids had fun. John Collier had a little fun on the way to the club...he had some scissors in the car and cut some holes in his brand new pants my sister bought him from Strasburg of all places. He said he "didn't mean to!" He is not shy at all...loves to run up to the Easter Bunny. Brooks? Not so much! He's a lot more shy than John Collier.

So, we're into making silly faces for the camera. I was trying to get a good picture of me and John Collier b/c I'm always the one behind the camera. Well, he just kept making silly faces. And Brooks just kept saying, "Nooooo!" Eh, well. Maybe more luck next time.























So, this is probably going to be the last picture of the Thornton family as a family of 4. In one week or possibly less, this family will be a family of 5! We just can't get over how HUGE Adrienne's belly is!! We can't wait to meet this little guy!

A John Collier-ism

Setting: D'Angelo's restaurant. Boys acting crazy and misbehaving. Lemonade spillage, straw papers flying around while the waiter is trying to take the order. Collier has had enough.

Collier: "John Collier! You need to settle down right now. We are in a nice restaurant and you need to sit down and behave like a big boy!"

John Collier: (pauses to reflect on his Dad's instruction): "Daddy? When can we go to a mean restaurant?!"

How can you do anything but laugh?!?!

And, here's my little Brooks...doesn't say much, but he is so funny!! :) He will talk with you one on one, but other than that, he doesn't have much to say...probably because his big brother has much to say for him!!

And then, there's this little guy...we haven't met him yet, but he should be arriving shortly!

Jake William Carrier

Baby Jake was born on December 6, 2007. He's changed so much from these photos, but I just love these photos!! Isn't he precious?!?! If you saw the maternity shots that I took in November, this is the sweet little thing that was campin' out! Rita and William feel so blessed to have Jake!
