Christmas cards

Here are some additional samples of Christmas cards. If you go to my website at http://www.ashleybeth.com/ and click on Client Proofing, enter the word "samples" into the Album passcode section to pull up past designs that I have created. Below are some of my recent designs for 2008. These designs can be recreated exactly, but they are also meant to be used as inspiration for your custom design. You may like certain elements, colors, etc. of some of my cards, but wish to change the layout. Remember that I work with you on the custom design. Can you tell that I am really into POLKA DOTS and FLOURISHES this year?!?! :) More to come!

I know, I know...it's been a WHILE!

What can I say?! I've been busy...it's a good thing, I promise! Well, most days, it's a good thing. I have been super busy with photoshoots and trying to stay caught up during this hectic Christmas season...yes, this is Christmas season for me as a photographer because everyone wants their pictures by the beginning of December for Christmas cards, gifts, etc. So, I am incredibly busy, booked for the year (unless you don't need your pics in time for Christmas), so I am trying to stay caught up. Hurricane Gustav didn't help matters...left me without a computer for about a week. Anyway, here are the latest...this tiny tot is already a year old...MY how time flies...truly, it does! I took Grant's infant photos, and now he is a year old!

It's official

I'm booked for the year. I have taken on all that I can handle for the rest of the year...maybe a little more! HA! The only additional appts. I will be taking this year are maternity and newborns, so feel free to contact me for those.

If you have already contacted me about photos for Christmas and we just haven't confirmed a date, please email me ASAP so we can settle on a date.

Hello to all of you...

...who follow my photography and my photography endeavors! well, I guess you can consider an actual WEBSITE an endeavor, right?! Well, it's coming soon! It should be up within the next week! If I have your email address, I will email you to let you know when it's up, but for some of you who may just linger around here, I will also be posting to the blog where my new site will be. And, the best part of all is that you will go to 1 website...that's it...and from there, you can of course view the site itself, but you also have the opportunity to click on the blog link which takes you right back here to get the real updates (since updated pictures won't often be loaded to the site). So, the blog isn't going anywhere (or it could possible go somewhere if I don't start getting comments soon!! :)...we're just sort of making it a one-stop-shop kind of place. There is also a Client Proofing through this site if you have taken pics with me.

The BEST is what I cannot share with you...it won't be ready when the site is ready, but trust me, there are going to be some goodies on here that you'll want to check out!!! :) Something I don't think I've ever posted before, but got RAVE reviews last year, and even still today, so they will be in full swing again this year. Okay, so I'll let out a little secret...my Christmas card designs were quite a hit last year, so I anticipate many bookings, which have already proven to be true. I have 2 dates in Oct. already booked, so if you're thinking of hiring me, you might want to check in with me soon! :) So, keep checking us out to find out the latest! And don't fret! If you can't make it all happen for those adorable Christmas cards, there is always the most appropriate New Year's card, which I have made and gotten from friends many times in the past. Just word to the wise: don't wait til thee last minute. I was completely booked last year by August!

Maternity pics

These are some of my all-time favorite photos. Carmen, my cousin, wanted me to take her maternity pictures when our family met at the beach near Tampa about a month ago. You may remember her wedding photos in Feb. 2007. She and Jon are expecting their first child in August, a boy named Ben!

Adrienne is 2!

Yep, that sweet little girl that I've taken pictures of since she was just days old is already 2 years old!! She's finally getting some hair, and it's oh, so curly!! It's just so cute...reminds me of pictures when I was little...I was bald for quite some time, and when the hair finally decided to come in, it was curly!! Here are a few of my favorites from her session. The last one was taken when we were done with the session, she was getting back into the car, and the first thing she grabbed was her lamb - which, judging by the way she snuggled it close to her nose, I assume it is most beloved by her!
