The Odinet Family {Baton Rouge Child and Family Photographer}

It's the most wonderful time of the year...and busy!  I've been busy traveling, and I will be on the road again in a few days (for a much needed break), so I have been busily trying to finish all photo shoots for the year as well as submit Christmas card orders.  I really can't believe we are already in the Christmas season, but I just love it all - Christmas cards, Christmas music, Christmas trees!

Meet the Odinet family - yep, that is 5 children, ages 6 and under!  I love it!  They were all so well behaved...quite impressive for this many children! :)  Enjoy your images, Odinet Family!

The Jumonville's {Baton Rouge Child and Family Photographer}

I just adore this family!  These 3 girls are just as sweet as they are beautiful!  Mom is a sweet friend of mine from college.  I have just loved watching her precious family grow over the years, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to photograph them again.

Baby Abigail {Baton Rouge Newborn Photographer}

I thoroughly enjoyed getting the chance to capture little Abigail's very first photographs - she was such an angel!  She didn't sleep much because she was more interested in what I was doing! :)  She literally followed my camera every time I moved!  Good thing we got in Mom's maternity pics when we did - she came just a few short weeks later!

The Hymels {Baton Rouge Child and Family Photographer}

I did these last 2 sessions back to back at Oak Alley Plantation - my new favorite location.  Adrienne and I go "way back" as well - we went to High School together in Thibodaux.  Go Cardinals!  It's so fun for me to photograph all of these babies from old high school friends!  Little Owen was a gem of a baby...he was just the happiest little guy, smiling nearly the entire time.  They are such an adorable little family!

Waguespack Family {Baton Rouge Child and Family Photographer}

I was so excited to photograph the Waguespack family - I've known these guys, well, since we were kids!  These little boys are just the most adorable things!  They certainly made my job easy!

I was so excited to be able to photograph at Oak Alley Plantation - it is just exquisite.  It is now by far my most favorite location to photograph!

The Pleasant Family {Baton Rouge Child and Family Photographer}

It's been such great weather lately for photographing children and families.  That was no exception on this day that I got to photograph this precious family!  It took little Ainsley a little while to warm up to me, but I was shooting fast and got some sweet smiles out of her.  Conner was just as compliant as ever.  Sometimes when I photograph the little ones, I'll say, "Where's (child's name)?!" and play peek-a-boo around my camera to get a smile out of them.  While I was photographing Ainsley and using my little tactic, saying "Where's Ainsley?", Conner just kept saying, "She's right there?!"  As if, "You big dummy, you're looking right at her?!"  HAHA!  Gotta love the literal nature of kids.
